How does the pre-order process work?
Products are manufactured in batches. Once a pre-order round closes, confirmed orders are processed and sent into production.
What’s the lead time on products?
Standard lead time is approximately 12 weeks, starting from the beginning of manufacturing—not from the date the order is placed.
Can I order when the pre-order round is closed?
Yes, you can place an order at any time. However, if the pre-order round is closed, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines at the time of purchase.
What happens if a batch doesn’t proceed?
In rare cases, a batch may be canceled. If this happens, we’ll work with you to find a solution. If no alternative is suitable, you’ll receive a full refund.
Are taxes included in the product price?
No, all prices are listed without tax. If you’re within the EU, we’ll add the applicable VAT rate to your invoice. For orders outside the EU, we don’t charge VAT—but local import taxes or duties may apply upon delivery.
Are shipping costs included in the product price?
No. Shipping is calculated separately based on your delivery details and included in the final proforma invoice.
How do I place an order?
Use the contact form to outline your request. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a non-refundable proforma invoice. Payment confirms the order and locks in the price, delivery schedule, and product specification.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. Pre-orders require full upfront payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank wire transfer is preferred. Other options such as credit card or PayPal are available but will incur additional gateway fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. You will find our bank details on the pro-forma invoice.
Are your products road legal?
No. All products are sold exclusively for motorsport use and are subject to our terms and conditions.
Can I request custom modifications?
Yes, but custom designs may involve additional costs for scanning, design, or engineering. These are quoted individually.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Installation (hyperlink to WORKSHOP) can be arranged at our workshop. Contact us for scheduling and rates.
